What is ospfmon?

ospfmon is an OSPF monitoring tool which minimally participates in an OSPF network, providing real-time forensics on the networks health and operation.

What can ospfmon do?
|
|
ospfmon is able to display routers and interfaces in your OSPF, which are not performing as expected. ospfmon is able to find bouncing interfaces, poor route convergence, abnormal LSA flooding and, foreign routes and route leaks into OSPF. When ospfmon detects a condition it can be configured to notify via email, snmptrap and syslog.
